Second Glance History Enters the 21st Century

On September 25, 2019 by Elyse

We interrupt your regularly scheduled story-less Wednesday for an important announcement: Second Glance History is now on Facebook!

Hopefully, you enjoy these posts, so why not let the world know what good taste you have in blogs? If you’d like to share Second Glance History with family, friends and grade school classmates you haven’t spoken to in twenty years, it’s easier than ever. No need to worry about your carrier pigeon getting lost or your letter dying en route; just click here: https://www.facebook.com/SecondGlanceHistory.

To those of you who have already liked the page, a big thank you from me and Mark Zuckerberg. And if you’re too cool for Facebook, fear not, I’ll continue to spam your inbox with forgotten tales from bygone eras and groanworthy puns. Look for more of both coming soon!

    Hi Elyse:

Congrats on arriving on Facebook. I’m not exactly sure what that means, since I don’t participate in Facebook, but when I’m in Hawaii with your Dad later this year, maybe we’ll both learn what we need to know to keep up with you on Facebook!

And, by the way, even though I’m not sure Cats needed to be made into a movie, I love, love, love the play!! So don’t be too harsh on Cats!!

Keep writing Second Glance History. I love reading your stories.

    Joe

I so appreciate the kind words! You and my dad are definitely too cool for Facebook, so stick with tennis and golf in Hawaii, and I’ll keep you updated on the blog right here. 🙂 On your recommendation, I’ll gives Cats another try next time it’s in town and revise my review accordingly. Thanks again for the encouragement and for continuing to read. Hope to see you here or in Hawaii(!) one day soon!
